Nowadays, use of mobile phone is very common, also a huge scandalous topic. Use of cell phone while driving can divert the attention of the driver and raise the chance of accidents. The government also applies some strict rules and laws, made it illegal the use of mobile phone while driving. There are many people in the United Kingdom suffer from injuries by using a cell phone while driving. In spite of such strict laws by the government, some of the citizen do not follow the rules and legislation, suffer from severe accidents. It depends on the jurisdiction; a driver may have a ticket for the use of mobile phone while driving. But for the most of the drivers, such as bus drivers do not allow to use the cell phone while driving. To use a cell phone, a driver may receive more damages with contingent fault liability. Talking on the mobile phone is more dangerous than the drunk drivers. Some of the searches suppose such driving worse than drunk driving, raise more risk to crash.
